Please read below for important information. Deposits/Payments - A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment. - Deposits will go towards your service. - All deposits are nonrefundable. - Rescheduling does not require a new deposit. - Deposits are paid on booking site when booking your appointment. - Remaining balance can be paid in cash or on booking site. There is a 2.6% processing fee for card payments. Consultations - Free in-person consultations are required for all first time guests receiving a chemical service. - Consultation can be conducted on the day of your appointment. - Please add Chemical Service Consultation to your booking. - Service is not guaranteed until after consultation is complete. - I will only provide services that preserve, protect, and promote the integrity of the hair. 🤎 Scheduling - Books will open as early as two months ahead. If you need to schedule further in advance, please send me an email. - Services are not offered on Sundays and Mondays. Bridal/Special Events - Bridal Packages are available for groups of four or more. - There is a travel fee of $1.50 per mile. - All Bridal/Special Event Packages require a $50 consultation appointment. - Please email me for Bridal/Special Event Package inquiries. Courtesy Rules - If you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. - No children or extra guests allowed. This is a salon rule. Please plan in advance for your appointment. - There will be a $10 late fee applied after 10 minutes. - Appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes late. - If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. - No-Shows will be removed from booking access and charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
