Payments Accepted forms of payment: • Cash • Cash App (1.75% deposit fee) • Zelle • Apple Pay Consultations • Free in-person consultations are required for all first time guests receiving a chemical service. • Consultation can be conducted on the day of your appointment. • Please add Chemical Service Consultation to your booking. • Service is not guaranteed until after consultation is complete. • I will only provide services that preserve, protect, and promote the integrity of the hair. 🤎 Scheduling • Books will open as early as two months ahead. If you need to schedule further in advance, please send me an email. • I am closed on Fridays and Sundays. Emergency appointments are available for these days by request only and include a $25 convenience fee. Bridal/Special Events • Bridal Packages are available for groups of four or more. • There is a travel fee of $1.50 per mile. • All Bridal/Special Event Packages require a $50 consultation appointment. • Please email me for Bridal/Special Event Package inquiries. Courtesy Rules • If you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. • No children or extra guests allowed due to limited space. Please plan in advance for your appointment. • There will be a $10 late fee applied after 10 minutes. • Appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes late. • If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. • No-Shows will be removed from booking access. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
